HILO CHAIR

To customers who purchased AGE design's HiLo chair.

Thank you for using AGE design products. As part of our product upgrade policy, we wish to continuously upgrade all products to ensure maximum safety for the users.

We have become aware that some of the HiLo chair tray's produced before April 2010 may present a bigger gap between the two tray parts and as a consequence, the child, if not well restained by the a well-adjusted seat belt, may stuck his teeth in between.

The only models affected are the ones produced between November 2008 and April 2010.

If you have a HiLo chair manufactured between November 2008 and April 2010 as stated above, please contact our Customer Service department by filling the "FREE ADJUSTMENT TRAY KIT - FORM" on this page to arrange for a free adjustment kit to your highchair.

Instructions for getting HiLo's free adjustment kit

* You will receive a confirmation e-mail, an ordering number and a tracking number within 48 hours (working days)
* If you have difficulties or questions, please contact Customer service at 514 803 7243

Please do not send your highchair into our facility without filling the form and receive an e-mail confirmation issued by our customer service staff, this will ensure that you receive that highest level of service and that you receive your adjustement kit as quickly as possible.
